  1. ACCOUNTS

    1. To be able to place wagers and use the Website, you must first register with the website and open an account.

    2. You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, and PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also, any returns, deposits, winnings, or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during the same time as the duplicate account was active will be forfeited by us and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting support by email. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.

    3. You must enter all mandatory information requested in your registration form, including a valid e-mail address. If you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete, and correct.

    4. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password to login to the Website. It is your exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. The Casino is not responsible for any abuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

    5. For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

    6. You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to other players or receive funds from other players into your account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.

    7. Some circumstances may arise where a wager is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. In all these cases Casino reserves the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made by re-settling all the wagers at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

    8. Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. oreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to Keybet.io Should the user fail to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause, the Company has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user.

    9. Company reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. Keybet.io reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.


  2. PAYOUTS

    1. The minimal amount for withdrawal is €50 or an equivalent unless specified otherwise. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments.

    2. If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

    3. You acknowledge that the funds are consumed instantly and Casino does not provide for refunds or cancellation. Keybet.io reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments.

    4. We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each client at first withdrawal. Such verifications may for example include copies of a player’s passport, national Identity Card, copies of a player’s utility bills, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.

    5. It's the player's responsibility to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.

    6. To make a withdrawal, a player must play through their active deposited amounts at least once before the withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.

    7. The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT), from Visa, and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Please note that even for supported countries the Website is not able to guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, since banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.

    8. In the unlikely event of a player depositing cryptocurrency funds to another cryptocurrency network address (such as but not limited to sending BTC to a BCH address). Keybet.io will not attempt to recover the amount unless it exceeds €5000. In such cases, a fee of 0.1 BTC will be charged to recover the lost funds to cover expenses to pursue the recovery, however, it's not a guarantee that the funds will be recovered.

    9. The internal operating currency of the Website is Euro. Due to this fact, in case you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.

    10. Withdrawal processing times can take up to 24 hours. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.

    11. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Casino.

    12. The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 10,000 €/$ per day, 30,000 €/$ per week, and 100,000 €/$ per month unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

    13. If you win more than 150,000 €/$, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 150,000 €/$ until the full amount is paid out.

    14. We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Client) when effecting deposits into your account. This could include (but is not limited to) a selfie with a document or form of identification. To verify a player`s account casino management requires documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills, etc.) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case the player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide the aforementioned documents the casino reserves the right to demand video verification where the player shows his/her documents.

    15. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your account, which at our discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Until the account is fully verified, no cashouts will be processed.

    16. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the Casino and are limited to the equivalent of 30 EUR.

    17. We are not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.


  3. BONUSES

    1. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number and one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

    2. All players can take advantage of the bonuses, except for the cases when the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.

    3. The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse, the Casino has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

    4. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited, particularly in the cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met, and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

    5. The player is not allowed to perform any fraudulent actions while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus, the casino reserves the right to cancel all player’s winnings.

    6. All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a limitation of the maximum number of bets while wagering, and a time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

    7. All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn.

    8. All the bonuses are sticky. Meaning you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.

    9. The validity of the bonus is 14 days from the moment it was received, unless otherwise indicated.

    10. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

    11. A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

    12. A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.

    13. Only one bonus can be activated at a time. The deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

    14. A player has the right to refuse any bonuses from the Casino.

    15. Delaying any game round in any game, including Free Spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having Free Spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

    16. Please, note that not in all games a bet amount is fully taken into account when wagering the bonus. 100% of the bet is taken into account when playing slots.

    17. Games with live dealers are not involved in wagering.

    18. When gambling with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. The Casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.

    19. Some bonuses have a maximum win setting that limits your win by multiplying the bonus sum with the max win. For example, if your bonus is 100 EUR and the maximum win is 10 EUR, your win cannot be more than 1,000 EUR (100*10).

    20. The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

    21. The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.

    22. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example, when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

    23. All bonuses are accrued at CET time.

    24. The maximum winnings from using bonuses are capped at ten times the amount of the bonuses used

    25. If a player is in a cooling-off period at the time of winning, no prize will be awarded.


  4. WELCOME PACKAGE

    1. All promotions are available only to those who have completed their Welcome Package bonuses, including wagering. If you received an increased Welcome Bonus, you do not need to have completed wagering before you can accept other promotions.

    2. The deposit and linked bonus have to be wagered 30x each.

    3. All bonuses that are part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All Welcome Package bonuses are credited to the player’s account automatically without any promo codes. If a player uses any promo code for a Welcome Package bonus, they won’t get it.

    4. Winnings from Welcome Offer Free Spins have to be wagered 30 times.
